Every sale for design and development is final. Most of the time, design mockups are produced and approved following a deposit request. A comprehensive contract must be signed and returned with the deposit to ensure that all parties know all conditions before moving further. Before signing, a contract may be discussed; however, once signed, it must be abided by.

The cost of other customised services is assessed separately based on each client’s particular requirements.

Only if we caused a printing error and you agree to our refund policy are printing charges refundable.
